1mdGreen bell pepper, cubed
1/2lbMushrooms, halved
1lbCubed tofu
1/2cSunflower seeds
1cWater
1tsBasil
1tsSage

In hot oil, saute onions till limp. Add pepper, mushrooms, tofu, seeds water & herbs. Simmer till vegetables are limp. Serve over cooked rice.
